And then expanded in other provinces by matching the organization’s condition with the needs of the provinces with the help of the research and development department.
How do you turn a threat into an opportunity?

There are various threats present all the time because threats are uncertain and can happen anytime. But the organization always comes up with some alternative plans. If one plan is not working positively, the company can choose the other plans simultaneously to reduce the chances of losses. Therefore, the agro industry makes a good relationship with the already existing company that helps maintain the organization’s good position and become helpful in difficult circumstances.

In the starting period, the cost of the maintenance and services are free, as the company provides three free services of the equipment to their customer. As the products are of good quality, their maintenance cost and services cost are affordable and quite lesser compared to other companies.

However, in the meantime, the required figures are enough but still working on the staff requirement as the operations are continuously changing with the various activities required to fulfill the customers’ requirements and expectations from the organization.

But it is not a big issue for longer periods because our company will make the availability of required things in the implementation of plans.
