The target customers, i.e. the farmers who want effective, powerful tractors and agricultural equipment, should be offered a standard-based quality, the best value services like renewable use of energy, effective services which compel them to remain with the company are the milestones we want to achieve in the long run. It consists of a business canvas model, sales and marketing plan, human resources plan and financial plan projections. The external audience of the given plan is the farmers who want to have powerful tractors and agricultural equipment for their farming activities. It consists of planning how they will get the relevant information for a better purchase experience as they know nothing about the business and its products and services offerings. The financial and funding plan is shown by the start-up cost sheet, its balance sheet and profit and loss account for the same, which Is also going to help the investors to invest the same. The key people we want to reach are the agro-based investors, farmers and labourers by building strong customer relationships through online sales, social media and service agency services. The plan needs proper financing, and the financial projective has been done for the same with the help of cost structure inclusive of the cost of material purchased, transportation cost and employee salary. There has also been a proper evaluation of the revenue stream, which deals with tractors and agricultural equipment sales. The plan needs effective and efficient human resources as they are the ones who will implement the plan. Proper human resource projections have been made as the two companies can have some physical and financial resources but never the human resources. It is one of the important assets of every organization. So proper implementation strategy, marketing strategy and shippers’ human resource plan have been analyzed. The executive summary should be, and mine is, in my opinion, efficient to instill confidence in my overall ability to run the business for my family and friends. The vision of my plan revolves around fetching more customers and building a strong customer base by developing efficient customer relationships with a plan as they are one for the products that have been made and sold. They are the ones by which the company will run and earn profits. The project can depict a business model, sales plan, marketing plan, operating plan, human resources plan, financial projections and funding with a proper action plan. The business plan has effective opportunities as the present and future both need agricultural products to live and strive upon, and for the same, we need farming equipment.
